Private room and shared bathroom with male roommate. One male roommate and one female roommate in their mid 20s. Quiet apartment in a great neighborhood within walking distance to shops and restaurants on Colorado! 15 minute walk to the Allen metro station.

Washer/dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Plenty of street parking, but you’ll need a Pasadena parking permit. Water is included. Electricity, Wifi, and Gas is around fifty to one hundred fifty a month (electric is every other month).

Deposit can be negotiated.

Hello! I’m looking for someone to fill my spot for the lease, so this posting is to take over my room and to live with my two other roommates- one guy and one woman.
