I am helping my young professional tenants find a new great roommate in a fully furnished house in Lebanon, NH. The house was built in 2012 and there are granite counter tops, bamboo floors, central AC, washer and dryer, garage, large yard with a great view, industrial treadmill, garage and a big side deck with a hot tub. The house has two living rooms, one on each floor. Solar panels, so if living more carbon neutral is important to you, high five. The house is fully furnished- think every kitchen appliance, leather couches.
Rent is $1400 and includes ALL utilities. I will make deals for anyone who needs the room on occasion or just a few nights a week/ month. Sorry no pets.
I love the community feel of shared living and it has worked out great in the past! It’s a nice balance of alone time and time with others. Male or female roommate is fine. Current tenants are a mix of male & female, responsible, easy going, neat, quiet at home and considerate and are looking for the same. Please let me know more about yourself if you are interested.
