One bedroom for rent in a beautiful vintage 3 flat apartment located in the heart of Wicker Park. Steps away from the Park and a 4 minute walk to the Damen Blue Line its an ideal location for commuters or anyone looking to enjoy this neighborhood.

The Apt: The unit is located on the second floor of 3 floor building. The room for rent is located in the rear section of the apartment off the kitchen, close to the bathroom, and back door. It has 2 closets so tons of storage space. In the middle is a fully furnished dining room, my bedroom and the front door. In the front is the living room and a small den used for storage.

Other things about the APT 1 year lease June 1st move in $850 per month due on the 1st Bedroom is NOT furnished (my current roommate is selling her TV and bed frame) Built in window A/C unit Spacious open floor plan Backyard space to hang out Street Permit parking out front Free Laundry in basement 1 gray cat lives here. She keeps to herself but no additional pets please. Not good for anyone with pet allergies Utilities will be split equally ( Gas, Electric). Ideally the person will take over the Comed bill which is currently in my roommates name. Wifi included in Rent We would split general household supplies costs(TP, Paper Towels, Cleaner, trash bags etc) as well as share in the cleaning responsibilities of the apt. Most of the common space is fully furnished, some extra space might be available The bedroom can be painted, currently 1 of the walls is gray and we still have the rest of the can.

About Me:
I’m a female in my early 30’s and work as a project manager. I have a flexible work schedule, so I usually spend a couple hours in the morning working from home before heading downtown. Mon- Friday I get home pretty late ( 7-9pm). During the week I like to keep things relatively quite. I’m really clean and organized so please no messy people. Occasionally I have friends over on the weekend for wine and game night or a potluck but I would let you know in advance. I love plants, and keep fresh flowers in the house most of the time. In my free time I like hanging out in the backyard , dive bars, seeing shows, going to the movies and travel. I nerd out on out on game of thrones, podcasts and FFball. Huge Cubs and Bears fan.

Looking for: Female or male late 20’s/30’s Responsible, respectful, clean Pay bills on time Full time employment Hopefully love cats but at least doesn’t hate them Able to communicate openly and respectfully, No drama please A more quiet lifestyle (not trying to bring the party back to the home) there are plenty bars around here for that.
