Fleet Street

I’m looking for someone to rent the room through the summer :) The lease is up July 31st, with the option to re-up after that.

The apartment is a second floor apt. on Fleet street, walking distance to Patterson Park as well as downtown Fells and the water! There are plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to. There is street parking, I’ve only had to look for more than 10 minutes on Friday nights, otherwise i have no problems parking out front :)

The apartment has really great natural light for plants and sunshine in the living space, even the bathroom has 2 windows. The kitchen has white cabinets and a tile floor. The bedroom is a nice size with a window and large closet. There are a few large closets in the apartment for extra storage/linens/cleaning supplies. I can send you a video of the bedroom and closet if you are interested :) The other roommates bedroom is down the hall.

The other roommate’s name is Hannah, she is a late 20’s professional working at Hopkins. She likes to chat occasionally and enjoys going out for drinks, walks, to eat and get icecream (we frequented Bmore licks up the street haha), but she also enjoys time to herself. She has the sweetest dog I’ve ever met, Kippie, an Australian Shepherd.
