Looking for a roommate to move into a private room and bath located in Little Italy with amazing water views.
The room is located in the Treo building with 24 hour security (who are very friendly), parking, mail room, gym, pool and hot tub. Apartment has a big kitchen, living room and is very spacious. Also includes a private balcony and a storage unit in the garage. I can provide more pictures upon request. Rent includes everything except electric and internet. You would be taking over for me in the lease. There is one other person who has their own bedroom and bathroom, and you would share the living room and kitchen area. This is a really good deal to live in Little Italy!

The current roommate is 35 years old, friendly, clean, and outgoing. She is a nurse practitioner currently working a contract position with CVS but she is looking to get back into working in a clinic. She has a small well behaved dog.
