Timothy's room

Our bedroom for lease is really big, like plenty of room for a king bed and desk big. It is the biggest bedroom in a circa 1900 Queen Anne Victorian home. You also have access to the rest of the house, fully furnished kitchen, guest bedroom / lounge area. We are close to public transit, downtown and uptown Oakland. We live at 20th and Market, within a mile of 19th St. BART and Uptown nightlife. It’s also a quick walk to efficient trans-bay bus service for commuters into downtown SF. The bedroom is very large, and the whole two-story Victorian house is spacious and updated with high ceilings, great light, lots of shared space, an updated entertainment-ready back yard, and a renovated kitchen. There is no garage and limited attic storage. There is one shared full bath and two other 1/2 baths. There is also a guest bedroom for your occasional visitor. The room faces Market Street, so there is some street noise. We can’t take pets, but we have a cat that you can cuddle as much as you like. We’re looking for someone who is mature, responsible, and has a good sense of humor.

Elise and I are looking for a new housemate for our roomy West Oakland home, as our lovely current housemate has just bought her own first house! We have a bedroom (and home) available starting May 1, 2022.Be cool, chill, communicative. We are all of those things.
