No shared wall with anyone else in the house. It is very private and quiet. The house is located few blocks from Cal Tech in a very nice, quiet, safe, and prestigious neighborhood with lots of trees. This room is around 220 sf. No access to living room. $35 cleaning service fee for shared kitchen and laundry room.
