One of the best low-key spots just outside of Broad Ripple, and the best unit - location wise. It’s a fairly quiet area, and with older neighbors above & next door, parties are not an issue. The apartment is furnished, as I have a roomie moving away for work. There’s a shared laundry room 2 buildings down, and a dishwasher here for starters. I’m open to questions if you want the details!

What’s up! I’m studying Mech. Engr at IUPUI and currently looking for a roomie to take our current one’s spot (since he’s moving for work). I would describe myself as a laidback, chill dude who mostly stays in his room - minus the rare acoustic practice - but goes out occasionally. I’m smart, but a nerd as well so I’ll be there for any tech stuff with a side of gaming! Basically, I’m an ambivert graduating soon, who’s looking for someone alike (students preferred but open otherwise) and serious to live in one of the best apartments near Broad Ripple, without any drama and such. Also, 3rd roomie moves out by August so we’re looking for one right now just to save more rent for a new place!
