The house has five bedrooms. There are two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1/2 a bathroom downstairs. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. The room for rent is upstairs and it comes with its own bathroom for $900. For $900, the roommate will have his/her own private bathroom. The room is $720 per month without the private bathroom. The house is in a gated community near Top Golf, Target, Walmart, and major restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained.
There are currently two people at the house. Everyone at the house works a 9 -5. We respect boundaries and work together to maintain a clean and peaceful environment.
