I am renting 1BR with an attached bath. Room size 12X14 plenty of closets and shelves. Light cooking privilege. The condo is within a gated area and it is an upstairs corner unit so plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is residential and families with young children. The shared areas are a swimming pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills. Corner of 57, 60, and 10. SO easy access to downtown LA and orange county. It is short 1.5 miles bicycling distance to Cal Poly Pomona, Western Medical College, and Claremont Colleges.

I am a female in my 40ies, and a tech writer in healthcare. I am staying in Orange County to take care of my mother. So will be there on weekends alone. i am hoping to have someone who does not work from home full time. No pets; no children even as guests for partial use.
