I’m seeking 1 roommate in this 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom townhouse located in Pasadena. Just 5 minutes away from CalTech and Pasadena City College. Commons areas such as the living room and kitchen will be shared. The townhouse is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Additionally, the household includes an in-unit washer/dryer. Room(s) is available to move-in now.
I would prefer a student or professional, but most importantly, anyone who is open-minded, friendly, and chill. I have the living room already furnished, so preferably someone with a minimal amount of furniture/storage. Furthermore, I’m a night owl with an inconsistent sleep schedule due to long hours of my film/tv work.
