Cozy 2bed and 2bath condominium, centrally located off Semoran in Winter Park. It is walking distance to Full Sail University and mins from UCF. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained. Walking distance to many restaurants and a neighborhood Walmart.

A private room with private bathroom is available for rent, it’s not furnished. Rental is $850 per month, $300 deposit for moving, and utilities are included. The condo is pretty spacious, it’s a 2 story and this room is on the first floor, along with the bathroom. There is washing machine and dryer. Cozy living room and dining room, and kitchen we share. There is swimming pool and tennis court in the community.
