Furnished room with full bed, dresser, desk and two closets. You would have access to the kitchen and other common areas.

Must have clean background check and 3x rental income. No smoking, pets, or overnight guests. Parking on the street.

Also wanted to make sure you are aware my son is non-verbal autistic and can make repetitive noises and be noisy. I understand it needs to be a fit for all of us.

I’m a mom of a special needs child. He is in therapy year-round from 8am-2pm so the home is quiet those hours.

I currently work during the day outside of the home 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week.

Bedroom would have a private bathroom.

My boyfriend and cat also live in the home.
