This modern spacious 2 bed 2 bath is in the heart of Mueller and all the attractions/benefits that come from living in Mueller. The room is in a complex with pools( yes with an “s”) grills, courtyards, two gyms, and business center. It’s a newer building and management has done a phenomenal job with design.

The apartment itself is hella spacey and opens directly onto one of the beautiful courtyards, so no way we’d feel bunched up in a small place. All the finishes and countertops are new, with an island kitchen and red fade to the wood. Bed rooms have ridiculously large walk in closets, and fit any size bed. The kitchen has separate open cupboards so we can place groceries accordingly.

Looking for a young pro, someone with experience of living with roommates and being respectful of space and property since it is a nicer and newer place. Also an effective communicator that can voice their preferences and squash any potential usual roommate conflicts. Hygiene is high up there on priority. Also someone social and down to be friends, and on the active side (looking for a gym buddy as well). Not a huge partier but the many pools and courtyards are just the place to bring people over.

I’m a 25 M working in Tech sales and I’m moving from Indiana to Austin. I’m pretty psyched about the move and looking for a roommate that I can be friends with, someone whose also excited about Austin and wants to discover the city. Love to cook, basically everyday, and hobbies include soccer, tennis, ping pong, and mma (the later I just watch 😅). I’m very into clear communication so I’ll let you know if anything is up or if there are any issue and I wish to find the same in a roommate.
