About the room
This area is very close to the University of Houston, less than 10 minutes away and the route is only through a residential area. It is a two-story house, with a garage, driveway and it is gated. Lots of closet space and your own restroom!
About the roomies
I will be moving away and looking for someone to take the last 4 months of our lease. The lease ends the second week of August. What would happen is I am going to sublease my portion of the lease to you. The other two roommates are female. One is a graduate student at U of H. The other is a chemist. Both are pretty busy throughout the weekday!
