Summerwalk Parkway

This is a two bedroom two bathroom in Tucker. The apartment is on the first floor with parking close by. It is more easily accessible for those with physical limitations. There is a 5.5 inch step up into the front door. You will have a private bedroom with attached private bathroom. The room is fully furnished. I have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Utilities (gas, electric and internet) are included. The area is pretty quiet. There is a pool and a gym off the office building. Pets are allowed. I am ok with dogs but am allergic to cats. Renter would be responsible for the pet fee of $150. Sorry room pics uploaded in a strange order and I couldn’t see how to change it.

The apartment is close to both I85 and Stone Mountain Freeway (78) with quick access to I285.

I am looking for someone who is quiet and considerate. It is nice to have a conversation, but I am not looking for someone to keep me company constantly. I generally keep to myself and mind my own business. I am rather easy going and happy to discuss changes that might make the apartment more comfortable for you. I work full-time (working from home one day a week). I will be home often in the evenings and weekends. I am drug-free and require the same for a roommate. No problem with alcohol use. I do not smoke and want a roommate that is also a non-smoker (no vapes either please). I would appreciate someone who will help with cleaning on a regular basis (schedule or take turns in common areas)
