I own a 3 bed, 3 bath home in the midtown area, stone throw from Crosstown Concourse. I have recently renovated the kitchen. Your room can fit a full or queen bed with a desk and dresser. Closet is kind of small but you can use storage in the basement. Parking available on the street. Huge backyard for activities. Room can be completely furnished. I can adjust monthly rent to include bills if that’s easier.

I plan on taking classes in Chicago so you’ll have one other roommate. He was a teacher for Shelby County but recently started working at an education tech company. He works from home but travels a lot for work. He keeps to himself and doesn’t leave his room very much.
