Room is in a shared townhouse with common living areas including full kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry. Room is quiet and comes furnished with a large closet, dresser, desk, bed, and full bathroom. Other two roommates are quiet and clean. Apartment is close to KSU and lots of shopping centers and local markets, less than ~1.5 miles from I-75 exit.
Rent is $800/month and will increase to $814/month on August 1st 2022. Amenities included! Looking to have someone move in ASAP. Lease ends July 1st 2023. If you are interested, we can schedule a time to meet and look over the apartment.
About the roomies
They are quiet and clean. They love animals so pets are welcome. We mostly keep to ourselves so there is no pressure to hang out or to complete activities together.
