2-story townhouse located near downtown Huntsville, 5 Points, and Monte Sano Mountain. Recently renovated back in 2020. Linoleum flooring throughout. Fully-equipped kitchen with any appliance that you would ever need. The entire townhouse will be furnished except for the bedroom that will be available to move into, so you will need to bring your own bedroom furniture. The available bedroom includes a vaulted ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet with storage compartments, a private bathroom with a shower (no bathtub), 2 sinks, and multiple additional storage areas.

I’ve pretty much taken over the downstairs office at this point, but I would be willing to share the space if necessary. You are welcome to park in the garage and/or use the space as you please, but there will be parking available either way.

The townhouse is in a very safe and quiet area. There is a mini-forest directly behind the townhouse, one neighbor to the left, and no neighbors to the right. I enjoy feeding the birds and the squirrels every day, so they tend to visit the deck quite often.

Utilities and Internet payments will be split evenly. I am currently only paying for Internet, but I would be willing to upgrade to a package that includes cable if you desire to do so. All utilities are provided through Huntsville Utilities and the monthly total averages between $150-300 depending on the time of year. Therefore, please be prepared to be spending roughly $900-1000 per month on rent+utilities+cable/internet.

I work as a programmer. I am quiet, clean, and introverted. Very easy to get along with. I keep to myself for the most part and spend the majority of my free time cooking, cleaning, exercising, gardening, learning, playing video games, or working on side projects. I go to bed around 9-10 pm and wake up around 5-6 am during the work week. An ideal roommate would likely have a similar sleep schedule, or else you may run the risk of having your sleep disturbed.
