Large Furnished Private room/studio on 2nd floor of my private estate home.
Almost 800 square feet of area in this room. Currently furnished with Queen bed,lounge chair, mini fridge,microwave, walk in closet, large bath with jetted tub, large multi head shower and a art/study loft in room. All hardwood floors throughout. Room for a couch. The large loft / art studio in room includes a large built-in desk and room to work or study. The home is very Private and sits on 5 acres and very close to M59 and US23 intersection. The home features a large open chefs kitchen, huge island seating, massive Table, an outdoor patio, all hard surface floors. Property is ajacent to a golf course and nature trails. Long term or short stays welcome. I am very family oriented and it is normal during holidays to have 20-40 family members and friends during holiday events at my home.

I’m Honest and upfront! I am not afriad to say what needs to be said. I tend to take people at thier word but will also call them out went the actions say otherwise. I live alone with my best friend /Dog Lailah. She is non shedding and hyper allergenic Goldendoodle. Very well behaved and trained. She is a dominant female & dog and cat friendly.
I am a 58 year old non smoked no Divorced Male that is a clean and tidy individual that will expect the same from a roommate. I expect they respect my home and the contents as I do. I prefer an over 40 Female but would consider a younger Female student or professional. Hopefully someone who loves to cook in the chefs kitchen as i do. I am 420 friendly but only outdoors or garage or game room. I’m self employed and my hobbies include cooking, walking, golfing , building and collecting classic cars and building/creating functional art to display in my shop and home. I prefer someone without pets but will consider a small to medium dog as long as they are dog friendly.
