South Vine Street

The house is located 10 minutes away from the University of Denver. The house has a big backyard and patio. It’s two stories with two rooms on the top and two in the bottom. There’s one bathroom in each floor so bathroom will have to be shared with one other person. There’s a private kitchen as well as two living rooms (one on each floor).

There are 4 rooms in the house. I’m dropping my portion of the lease due to an emergency but there are 3 other girls on the lease. They’re all students at the University of Denver. They’re very friendly and welcoming towards everyone.
