About the roomies
Me (LANDLORD): I am a 35-year-old structural engineer with half custody of my 3-year-old daughter. I attend church weekly, am LGBTQ+ friendly, and have family that comes over from time to time. I do not have any pets, but am pet friendly. I have a bi-weekly housekeeper and I like to keep it tidy; I own the building. I fix up the place regularly, my brother is our contractor (very responsive) and everyone in the building keeps to themselves, we never had any complaints. I am friendly, but not the partying type; the building is peaceful and I prioritize that. I enjoy Board Games, Cycling, Volunteering, Volleyball, Basketball, Cooking, and Gardening.
