The place is off of Speedway and Alvernon. All of my previous roommates used the bus system and did not drive, but we do have adequate parking.

Includes: -Unfurnished large room -Semi-furnished living room with couch, coffee table, TV -Water, TEP, and Internet -Use of common areas (bathroom, kitchen, living/dining rooms, small yard, community pool, mailbox) -Use of fireplace (never used but could be) -Use of washer/Dryer in unit -Use of appliances (Fridge, microwave, stove) -Monthly cleaning person to deep clean

For common items like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. we will just split costs and reimburse each other.

Rules: -Lock the door (really, it was an issue) -No drugs -No pets -No squatters -No drama -Smoke only outside -Don’t touch/eat things if they are not yours -Keep things tidy and pay attention to your messes ***Lease will spell out complete terms

Up-Front: -$25 background check fee -Filled in application

Once Approved: -First month rent and $500 security deposit due day one

Professional consultant for 18 years, UA grad and (mostly) Tucson native. I work a lot and hang out with friends and family so I’m gone from home a fair amount. I need to trust my roommate to make sure our stuff is protected and that we are doing what is best for both of us. I am pro 2A and don’t mind having a beer or drink every once in a while. I’m willing to hang out if/when it make sense for both of us, but also able to leave you to be a hermit in your room most of the time. Movie and pizza nights are awesome, but there’s no pressure to have them. Also, I’m a single gay man.
