Ellie's room

The Master bedroom (dimensions are about 13 x 12 feet, not including hall space) features an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in closet. The townhouse itself is new (2017) and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and Nest temperature control. A garage parking spot is included with the Master. The area is safe and quiet. The townhouse is within walking distance to BART, Trader Joe’s, Costco, and Starbucks. It’s a 5 to 10 min drive to too many places to list - Sprouts, Target, Safeway, Nordstrom Rack, SSF downtown, etc.

Ellie and Michael are both nice and laid back working professionals. Michael is a healthcare entrepreneur who travels often. Ellie works at a startup nearby, has 2 cats, and likes watching movies in her spare time.
