Prospect Street

Hi everyone! Me and one of my roommates are looking for a new roommate to take over the third bedroom of our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment! We have been living here since last summer and one of our roommates is moving out so we have a spot open starting in beginning of June (or earlier if needed). The rent is around $1320 and you would get your own bathroom. The apartment is at Prospect Park Apartments which is a great location! It’s right off of Bedford street in downtown Stamford with the best restaurants/bars (within walking distance). Our apartment in general is pretty spacious (and well decorated 🙂). It’s on the 8th floor of the building with a balcony (with amazing golden hour views), in unit washer/dryer, and a gym in the basement. The bedroom you’d be taking over is also very spacious and has two closets! Our current roommate is also willing to sell some of the furniture that is already in the room.
