I am looking to sublease my one bedroom/one office/full bath/with balcony apartment in Arlington for the summer :) The apartment is directly across from the Virgina-Square Metro (orange silver line), Starbucks & Dunkin, is like a 5 min walk to Giant grocery, and easy walking distance to any and all restaurants/bars/libraries/gyms that the area has to offer (which is a lot!)

the apartment will stay furnished and rent will include all utilities, WIFI, parking, and all the apartment amenities — including a dog spa!!

Since I will be gone this entire summer, and this will be more of a sublease than finding a roommate, you will have the apartment to yourself all summer
