Shared kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots & pans, dishes, etc. Relax & rejuvenate in either the upstairs or downstairs living room while streaming your favorite shows using the smart TVs & surround sound. A cozy yet functional office space equipped with a desktop & printer adjunct to the downstairs living room is also available for shared use.

Owners are working professionals that reside in-house. We both are night-shift nurses that work at major hospitals. We are both social and easy-going. On occasion we have people over.
