Craig's room

You must be 55 and over. This is the senior Resort Community of Leisure Village in Camarillo. One of the safest places on the planet. A gated 55 and over community. Around a golf course which is included. We are offering a Nice-sized private room at the end of the hall. Size is 15 ft. x 12 ft. It also has a large closet with shelving. Ceiling fan. And private bath. The room includes kitchen and laundry privileges. All utilities are included. including internet, and Spectrum TV cable box DVR. The room includes access to all of the amenities of the Village. Pool, gym, tennis, Billards and many
other activities. Too many to list. You must provide referrals, proof of ability to pay, and a background check at your expense. No pets, No drugs in the home, and No overnights without prior knowledge. Our current roommate is moving away and will be missed. Start date is 7/1/24

My wife and I are offering the room for rent. We are the only ones living here, and we love living here in the village. We are both easygoing and respect others’ privacy. We both work full-time We don’t smoke. And no pets. We are both a young 62 years of age and in good health.
