Super close to shopping, groceries, Portland Community College, Nike, Intel, McAfee, and Pacific University Graduate School Campus. Fully furnished rooms with ALL utilities paid by the landlord (water, electricity, gas, garbage, High-speed internet). In-home Washer & dryer supplied at no additional charge.

We currently rent the other two rooms to two students who also work full time. They are quiet, respect each and share the general upkeep of the common living areas. They are both social but not interested in partying or distractions from their school-work or quiet rest after a day’s work.
