If you’re looking for a convenient/cozy apartment in Tradition, look no further! I will be leaving our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and in need of someone to take over my room/share of the rent April 15, 2022-July 15, 2022. The room is a perfect size with ample closet space. You have your own bathroom. The furniture is not included but I can leave my bed/dresser if you would like, rent would be adjusted though. Price includes EVERYTHING. You have a view and access to the pool. We have a parking garage/driveway that fits both of our cars. The area is right behind Tradition Square, so you are walking distance to Publix, 3 Natives, Hurricane Grill, and much more! Across the parkway is Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Burlington, LA Fitness, and so much more!

Your future roommate is a fun but responsible dental assistant, so she is gone for most of the day on weekdays. We’re looking for a female in her mid-late 20s/early 30s who works full-time.
