David's room

-Three rooms to choose from: 12’x11’ with a 2’x7.5’ closet, 12’x11’ with 2’x3’ closet, or 11’x10’ with a 2’x3.5’ closet. -I am looking to fill only one room for now, tentative for the second. -Within walking distance to Citrus College, APU, and the local fast food. -Gigabit fiber internet included, with ethernet to the rooms and general WiFi access. -Back yard has a few citrus trees, free to pick. -Large driveway to comfortably park multiple vehicles.| -Large washer and dryer available -Cat friendly cats and dogs welcome -Furnishings available are a Queen sized bed, Dresser, and a Desk (2’x6.5’). Room can come furnished or unfurnished, but currently only furnishings for one room. -Room walls can be repainted if current color is undesirable.

I am a 34 year old, non-binary person, employed full time early morning and part time caretaker for my uncle in the evening. As of now, I don’t spend too much time at home, outside of the weekend. I try my best to be accommodating to any needs or concerns as possible. I have three cats however and cat friendliness is a must. They are generally very friendly and curious, and will try to be friends with you too. I typically keep to myself, playing computer games or watching shows, but not unsociable.
