Jay's room

Located in South Scottsdale, fully furnished bedroom w own private bathroom and TV (Netflix included) and private bathroom. Pool, hot tub, grills and gym(24/7) access. It is a non-smoking campus, I am located right on the Indian wash trail/Park. All utilities including Netflix and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. There is also a 7-speed bike with a basket available for you to use upon since I am located right on the bike trail. No overnight guest, no parties. No loud music. The bedroom has a keypad lock for your own privacy and safety, there is no deposit and I would like to start month to month until we are sure it is a good fit for both of us.

I stay in the master suite and I am the only person that lives there. In general I’m pretty quiet and clean. I do not have pets or small children and I keep my company to a minimum. You should be similar.
