About the room/payment: Master bedroom is downstairs and ~15x15 ft with three (3) closets inside (pictures coming soon, but the room is currently occupied). Bathroom includes shower, bath, and two sinks. Utilities included in the rent. I’ll give a hefty discount if you pay in cash.

About the house: Located 60 seconds away from Belt Line / Garland intersection in safe, quiet, low-crime neighborhood. Internet speed is 500 Mbps. Temperature kept between 60 and 70 °F. Large kitchen with attached dining room, one refrigerator, two ovens, microwave, and plenty of storage. Garage gym complete with squat rack, pull-up bar, barbell/plates, dumbbells, and air bike. Parking available on street or under carport for pesky hail season. Small backyard with charcoal grill. Washer and dryer in garage. Spacious living room with TV.

About me: I’m an engineer who works 50+ hours a week (M-F) in the office. I enjoy writing, reading, exercising (lifting and bicycle racing), traveling, and experiencing new things (restaurants, activities, etc). I am very friendly, communicative, curious, ambitious, and easy-going (with most things). I have people over every so often for game nights and such. Happy to answer any other questions you have!

About the other roommate: Works M-F and gone most weekends. Quiet and reserved. Has his out-of-town girlfriend over once a month.
