There is an in-building laundry room, a decent sized closet in the bedroom with a top shelf overhead for more storage space. This apartment is on the second floor. It is a 2 bedroom apartment and a big plus is that the bedrooms are on opposite ends of each other for more privacy. The room comes furnished with a full size bed, a drop down work station, and three white modern wall shelves for books/decor/storage.There is a Laundry in the building and also across the street. The room also comes with an a/c.

Please note, utilities are not included in the rent amount. In terms of the neighborhood, I have been living in the area since I was a kid, and not to be bias– but Inwood is a gem. From the many forms of transportation (A and 1 train, 7 and BX12 bus), the many parks that surround the neighborhood, the culture, and the fooood– Inwood is an amazing neighborhood.

The roomie you will be living with (Jen) is super chill and down to earth. However she also respects boundaries and expects the same. Guests are allowed, however if you’re looking to bring your friends every night and party, this is not the rental for you. A small cat or dog is allowed only if they are trained and kept clean.

**MUST be open for background check, provide references, & provide monthly income. On time rent/utility payments, respect, and cleanliness is not negotiable.
