Hello!

I have a room available for rent in South Houston. The neighborhood is well established with friendly neighbors. This home consists of 3 bedrooms though the master is already rented long term by us, as well is the ‘green’ room’ (accent wall color) occupied by a single male roommate. The home has a living room, TV room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, and a shared bathroom.

We invite anyone who is clean, respectful and courteous. Travel nurses are more than welcomed as we understand the difficulty of short term rentals that are furnished!

The ‘black room’ (accent wall color), sits in between the green and primary. It will be furnished and have a 65“ TV and fridge included. Closet size is about 4x3 but plenty of room space. Including storage from two nightstands and a dresser.

Green room roommate. Works weekdays, here more for evenings than day time.

Primary room roommates. Nurse and Realtor also owns 3 Dalmatians who are sweet and don’t really bother. But they’re still dogs. Fully trained or usually outside.
