The Apartment We have a beautiful 1,100 sq. ft apartment with incredible city views in the heart of Downtown Jersey City. The apartment includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A large open living room and fantastic, spacious chef-inspired kitchen with organic materials that sits in between the two bedrooms. We will not be occupying the apartment during your stay, so, as a tenant, you will have full unencumbered access to the entire apartment. The lease expires on August 15th, but you will have right of first refusal on renewing the lease, if that is what you would like to do. You may add another couple/other roommates to spread the expenses, as the other bedroom is available. The monthly payment of $4,750 per calendar month includes all utilities, including electric, water, and gas (within reasonable utilization), WiFi and cable. Discounted parking and gym memberships (both adjacent to the building) are also included. Leasing in this building typically involves fees in excess of $1000 for the amenities, applications and other services – these are already covered for you. There are 4 separate hotel-grade heating/cooling units in the apartment. The floors are oak hardwood. The bathrooms include spa-inspired baths with Kohler Fixtures. The unit (and building as a whole) has a fantastic abundance of natural light. The windows have high quality curtains for whenever you might want to turn down the brightness! The apartment includes furnishings including a queen size bed and bedframe, two nightstands, multiple dresser drawers, a hardwood 6 ft dining table with 6 designer chairs, a television, designer sectional sofa, and a (very comfortable) leather lounge chair. The only room that is not furnished is the second bedroom (however this is negotiable). There is an in-unit washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, and oven.

Amenities The building has a 24/7 concierge and doorperson. The maintenance crew is very friendly and highly responsive. The concierge services include package delivery handling with state-of-the-art app-enabled lockers and technology. The building includes access to a beautifully manicured 18,000 square foot rooftop park that features a pool, basketball court, grilling areas, ping pong table, lounges, multiple grills, and fire pits. There are spectacular views of the Hudson River, Harbor, and direct view of the Statue of Liberty from the park. There is also a billiards table on another floor along with a common area with fast, free WiFi and plenty of space to think, work, and relax. There are similar common areas in the other two adjoining buildings. The common areas are designed with organic, nature-inspired designs in mind, taking cures from natural landscapes. The apartment is pet-friendly, with a fenced in dog park on the rooftop park, with a very friendly community of other dogs and dog owners. There is also on-site garage parking available for a discounted monthly rate. Location The entrance of our building is located 20 feet from the entrance of the Grove Street PATH Station. From door to door, it is approximately 10 minutes to One World Trade Center and less than 30 minutes to mid-town. There are countless excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the Newport Mall is less than a 10 minute walk away. There is a grocery store immediately downstairs, and a larger grocery store less than a 5 minute walk away. There are multiple beautiful parks within a very short walking distance as well.
