There is a personal porch , a full bbq/patio set in the backyard, personal parking space, two full bathrooms, clothing washer/drier and dishwasher. Kitchen, living room and dining room are all fully furnished. The room itself is spacious, has an air conditioner, heater and two closets.

I am a construction lawyer in downtown White Plains and my roommate is a brewer at Captain Lawrence. We are both 32 and have been living in this apartment since 2019. We’re looking for someone who’s responsible, has proof of employment ($60K +) and a credit score of 700 +. We’re on a month/month right now, but willing to possibly do a 6 months to a year if we get along.
