This room is located in Delaware, OH in a quiet neighborhood 10min away from a cute downtown with restaurants and bars! Fully furnished living room and kitchen. You would have a private bedroom and a shared bathroom with one other renter but there is also an extra half bath downstairs. Off street parking is an option but garage space is also available for an extra fee. Dog friendly as well!
