Hi, I’m Elijah. I have a 4 bedroom house. It’s upstairs,downstairs. All the bed rooms are upstairs with the shared bathroom. The 2 rooms both have nice closets. Windows and plenty of room for bed, dresser, entertainment stands, shelfs, etc. The downstairs has everything you’d need kitchen wise. Air fryer, kureg, waffle maker, toaster, oven. Full dining room with table. Common area furnished with a couch and 2 recliners. No TV cause I never go downthere. You would be responsible for your bedroom. The bathroom has a claw tub. It is shared and the only one so. I I have hooks and shelfs for you to put your things. I am very clean and ask that you do the same. We are all adults and should live like ones. It’s off street parking. Warzone. Close to all major areas of need. Pretty central. I have had no issues here. Neighbors are friendly. Yard needs tlc. And so does the outside paint. I’m getting there just slowly. I have installed locks on your doors so you can lock your room when you leave. Both Keys will be given to you. Also you’ll receive keys for the front door. I do have a security camera with shared access on the front door. I use it mainly for grubhub. I do use alot of smart devices so the stair lights are smart lights. I have a Google Home in the stairway for easy accessibility. Laundry is offsite. Trust me you don’t wanna go in the basement it’s scary. I don’t go down there it has a lock on it. The key is available next to the door if you ever need it. I do not want traffic im a homebody and dont stand for bullcrap this is not the place for that.. I would like someone in the age range 18-30 I’m 25 and a huge gamer so if you are too that will score you points.

I prefer to live with girls cause it’s what I’m used to 2 daughters being raised by all women. And have all woman roomies. It’s just what I’m used too.
