About the room
I have a room available in a Townhome and looking for a renter. I am the owner living here with two other tenants currently. Itβs a private room with a shared bathroom. $900 with utilities and permit parking included. Will need a security deposit of a months rent. Month to month lease.
Located in Thousand Oaks off Ventu Park Road, we are minutes away from in-n-out and Ralphs grocery store, we are one exit away from the TO Mall, and have a lot of breweries and restaurants near by. If you want to get out and hike to nice views, there are beautiful trails as close as 5 minutes away!
Our community has access to a pool/jacuzzi, a tennis court, and a basketball court.
I have a large border collie/husky mix dog. He is friendly but he sheds a lot of fur. Something to keep in mind if you have allergies. No other dogs or cats allowed so it will not work out if you have any pets.
Please be aware this would not be a good fit for somebody that has a lot of things needing extra storage space. There is no room for storage besides what you contain in your room.

What I am looking for: I am looking for someone who can appreciate the dynamic of a peaceful place to come home and wind down. Ideally, you have a full time job outside of the house and are tidy. Your friends are welcome, but this is not the place to get loud or have a party. You actively contribute to keeping the common areas clean. You are receptive to feedback. We are a low tox household so someone who uses unscented laundry detergent and is generally mindful of not using chemical scents.
