Xe's room

3 bed/2 bath property with big backyard. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. All bills included in rent. There is a computer available for use if you don’t have your own, as well as a printer/copier. Walking distance from a park (0.4mi), quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. Cleaning service will come every two weeks. If you have an pet, there will be a pet deposit fee. Background and previous rental history check will be required.

I (Xena) will be one of the tennants, along with one other TBD roommate. I have a dog who serves as my ESA, and he is very sweet and mild mannered. I like to keep things fairly clean and organized, and expect my roommates to do the same (at least in common areas). Roommate(s) must be LGBT friendly.
