Noelle's room

ALL GIRLS HOUSE. Newly renovated 3 br 2.5 bath spacious house in a safe neighborhood. Room is about 13 x 9.5 with two closets. And two windows on the upper floor. House has a Front porch, back deck, and large backyard. I pay for regular pest control maintenance on call year round as well as having the property sprayed for bugs (pet and human friendly) every few months. The house has ring cameras installed on the outside to ensure safety. Located 10 min from All American, Butner, or Honeycutt gates. Very close to the college as well.

The roommates are Katie (20) who is very sweet and quiet and works most of the time. She also has a new puppy who is very good with other pets including cats. The other roommate is Tanner (24) who is really outgoing and friendly. Everyone gets along and hangs out but also respects each others’ space and privacy. Never had an issue with either of them. This is not the house for drama. Looking for a female roommate, preferably (19-25) with steady income. I don’t think it would be a good fit for children.
