hi! I have a single bedroom with a shared bathroom available for rent in my three bedroom/ two bath home! The home is located in Burbank directly across from the Burbank studios and 2 blocks from Warner brothers studio. Universal studios is a 7 min drive from my house and Toluca lake is a few blocks away with all the shops and places to eat. My house has central heat, AC, a backyard and laundry.

Utilities are separate and split amongst us every month I am looking for a female who is respectful, quiet and clean with good credit and steady income.

I do have a 4 year old lab so I’m not looking for someone with other pets.

Ample street parking that will require a cheap permit
