I have two rooms available upstairs. The master bedroom($1000)ensuite and a room ($800) w/ private bathroom available on May 24, 2022. Plenty of space in the house This house is conveniently close to freeway I-80, plenty grocery stores nearby, 24 hour gym just up the street, clean & safe neighborhood.

Common areas include kitchen, living room, dining area downstairs. Comes with refrigerator, washer and dryer dishwasher.

Hypo allergenic dogs (non-shedding) are fine.
