Spacious condo with tons of storage space in a quiet complex that is within walking distance from downtown Walnut Creek. Running trail nearby. Huge pool and recreation area including a basketball court, tennis court, etc. Have had only positive interactions with neighbors. The washing machine/dryer is within the building (not in the condo) and you can pay via app. Overall I absolutely love living here and don’t want to leave!

I’m 27 years old and very chill and easygoing. I’ve lived with roommates for 8 years now (both male and female) and never once had an issue with anyone. I’m also clean and organized. I like to come home to a clean place. I work for NBC Sports Bay Area and have a cool job, but you don’t have to like sports!
