Cozy home in Heber City, close to Smith’s grocery store. Hop on US-40 and be in Park City in 20 minutes. I have off-street parking, a fenced in yard, utilities included. The backyard is awesome in the summer. I would consider a renter with one dog if our pups get along well. Furnished bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom. The rest of the house is fully stocked - kitchen, laundry, TV in living room. That space is shared so I ask that you be respectful of my home.

I’m a musician and I travel a lot for music, so you’ll have the house to yourself often. When I’m home, I work from home, but keep pretty reasonable hours. (I play folk music, so no late night loud band practices or anything.) My dog is a sweet 3-year old mutt mix who gets along with pretty much everybody. You must pass her inspection to be accepted :)
