I am looking for a roommate in the midtown/Old Fourth Ward area. I’m a gay, laidback, straightforward guy with a stable career in software development. I have a good rental and credit history. I’m emotionally grounded, prefer direct and honest communication, and prefer a roommate who is the same way. I have an extremely friendly cat that is very well house trained. I like to live in a space where the common areas are kept clean. I work from home so I would prefer the space to be relatively quiet from 9 to 6 Monday through Friday. The room is available starting on the 13th. It is a roommate style 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in an excellent location and the rent is $2000. My take-home pay is more than 3 times half of the rent and would like a roommate who also has a take-home pay that is more than 3 times their half of the rent. I would like to sign a legally binding roommate agreement to ensure nobody gets stuck with rent/bills they should not have.
