Up for rent is a master that has a en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, and private entrance equipped with an electronic keypad lock. The room can come partially furnished (Bed, Dresser, Nightstands, Mini Fridge) or I could move them into guest room if you want to bring furniture.

This property is located in Riverland Village which offers quick access to 95, 595, turnpike, and downtown Fort Lauderdale. It is fully fenced in with gated access that can be controlled via a remote and phone. Parking is within gate. There is grocery stores within walking distance and many other places of business just a short drive away.

I have a pet bird named kiwi who is a small green cheek conure who is about 11 years old now. I’m a software developer that works 9 to 6 in downtown Fort Lauderdale. I don’t smoke and keep quiet at night regardless if weekday or weekend. Currently on weekends and evenings I do house maintenance and working towards make house smart with automations.

Looking for one room mate who also keeps quiet at night midnight to 8 am on weekdays. Having guests over during day is okay as long they are respectful.
