Looking for non-smoking female roommate beginning Dec 1. I have a 2 bedroom in Florham Park (listed as Madison because it’s right on the edge). Looking for female in late 20s/early 30s (I’m 28). I have a 1 yr old Siberian husky (lots of energy, large, and VERY friendly) so must LOVE dogs. Rent will likely be $1100 a month plus utilities and renters insurance which have been about $60-70 a month. I have in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and central air. I’m VERY clean, have a good sense of humor, and love Netflix and baking. Also kind of random, but am looking for someone who likes to keep a cool apartment like 65-68 because my husky and I run hot and she can’t handle too much heat with her fur coat! This is really important to me since my previous roommate kept it too hot for my dog to be comfortable. Feel free to ask questions! Everything is furnished except your room, which has a nice big closet and two windows. The area is very safe, and has lots of green grass to walk around on.

It’s just me (28 y.o non-smoking female professional) and my 1 year old Siberian husky. She’s adorable! If I had to name some of my biggest personality traits, I would say I’m funny, kindhearted, and very clean. I would like someone who is also clean. A perfect night to me is hanging out with friends or my dog watching a good show with ice cream in hand. I don’t go out a ton, but I do have friends over on occasion to make dinner and watch a movie. I’m also away visiting family at least 1-2 weekends a month.
