Looking for a roommate open but prefer woman in early 30s in luxury apartment looking to be in a new place by April 1st. Every place I’ve looked it would be 1200-1500 each I want to be in Walnut Creek or pleasant hill im open to also San Francisco. All the luxury apartments I’ve found have really nice amenities and are really nice. I wouldn’t be home a lot but when I am very chill and low key watch movies I like to cook and love dogs .

Recovering from surgeries so it’s been a tough road but getting through it all!i am Down to earth friendly and enjoy the company of good people. Not interested in party people I want a peaceful stable environment I don’t mind if you have a bf or what not we can keep locks on our doors and seperate lives but I also enjoy friendship whatever works best to co exist. I’m open to a small dog but you would have to pay extra every month
